“The staff were amazing. I like the idea of the Spark hotels but this one had just opened and has some things to work out. First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile……

“This wonderful place exceeded expectations. Bridget was great to communicate with and respected me as a guest. The cottage was comfortable, had everything I needed and so quiet and private without being isolated. Nice touches. A bottle of wine and a basket for dogs! Even a blanket. “Myself with my 2 daughters and their fiancés spend this this weekend up at house and it was lots of fun. There were many games to play. The house itself was very roomy and all the bedrooms were big and very welcoming. We tried to use the hot tub, but it wasn’t warming up and then it started to snow so maybe that was sign. We had to reach the host when we got there and the issue was immediately addressed. Hope to go back up in the summer. Oh there was still a Christmas tree up so we were able to……
