“Great location, very clean, excellent communication with the host. There are stairs, which we knew about, but fortunately there is a dumb waiter to look after the luggage. We highly recommend the Arcadia.”

“Positives first: it was clean and the host was responsive. Street parking was available, once we figured out the signage. Things that were less than ideal: long set of steep stairs to access room, TV did not work, sheets were pilled so bed felt sandy, just offered us other sheets, but we were unable to find another sheet that fit. Neighborhood was sketchy, people smoking and yelling outside the window until 2-3 am.”

“For the cost the place was good for what we needed. Private bedroom and bathroom. Furniture was basic but room was clean. The shared space is with ~8 other rooms and felt more like a hostel. Immediate neighborhood was a bit rundown but was easy enough to get around.”

“La chambre était propre, et la vidéo explicative m’a aidé à accéder à ma chambre très facilement. L’endroit est parfait pour une personne. Les murs sont plutôt fins et la fin de semaine, les salles de fêtes aux alentours sont très bruyantes, mais je n’en tiens pas compte sur la note vu que ces désagréments sont indépendants de la volonté du propriétaire. Je n’ai retiré qu’une seule étoile parce que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et n’a pas été réparé durant mon séjour. En dehors de cela, ca s’est……
