“My husband and I stayed here on a weekend staycation. It was great! Very clean, adorable little guest house. Just as described. Communication with the host was spot on. ”

“The place was more beautiful than the pictures! Very private even with the other units. Beds are comfy and all rooms are very spacious. It was a very quiet area. Never heard a car or neighbors or any noise! We enjoyed the pool and pool area. Lots of room to lounge and swim. The pool is not heated but it was very refreshing. There is one bathroom but very big. Had everything you need. Shampoo, body wash, Qtips and lots of fresh towels and pool towels! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything……

“Well located, exactly as advertised, comfortable beds and all amenities that are needed. We wanted a one story house because our friends have mobility issues, and this fit the bill. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at this two bedroom. I would have to stay apartment. It was very clean. It was decorated very nicely and I actually didn’t really find anything wrong with the place. We will for sure. Stay here again when we’re back in town and it’s available. This is actually the second Apartment that we stayed in and both are very nice.”

“This guesthouse was just great for us to be close to family who live nearby. It was clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchenette was set up so we could do some cooking. Nicole is a very nice host!”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

“This day was okay kind of wish that the property was gated so my son could run around the claiming lady was amazing when she showed up very understanding and sweet besides the people upstairs making a lot of noise the trip was nice and would look again”
