“Had a nice stay at this beautiful two bedroom condo on Lake Richland Chambers! Rained most of the time, but enjoyed playing cards and dominoes in the waterfront condo! Great view of the lake and walking distance to a wonderful restaurant at Northshore Marina!”

“Tom ‘s tiny home by the water is excellent. He has it set up perfect for guest from shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower to all the cookware, Internet, TV, etc. etc.. Everything you need when you are away from home is there. Also, Peninsula point where the tiny home is located as a great community With a community pool, playground and gated for safety. I definitely recommend Tom ‘s tiny home.”

“Overall stay was good on monday and tuesday . Sunday was not good because there was no water at the property. The water was cut off to the property. The host contacted a plumber abd water was back on by 10am on monday ”

“Stayed here to attend Scarborough Faire in neighboring town Waxahachie (about a 45 minute drive). Exceptionally clean with comfortable mattresses and loads of room. Plenty for kids to do plus lots of wiggle room in fenced backyard. Everything we needed.”

“I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. The neighbors are extremely quiet. Dogs are not leashed in the neighborhood but were no problems in our walks to the lakeside nearby. The……

“This tiny house was perfect for my family of 4 with a beautiful view of the lake from the front porch and large windows. I will definitely book this one again in the future. My only con is there was no tv in the house, which isn’t a bad thing but my toddler likes to watch his shows and just used my phone and he was happy.”
