“Mitten im Hunsrück gelegen bietet die Unterkunft einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge an der Nahe und der Mosel.
Die Möbel, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, waren schon recht alt (unmodern) aber gut in Schuss und zweckmäßig. Die Badezimmertür ist als Glassschiebetür ausgeführt und verheimlicht nichts.
Ein Wanderrucksack steht im Zimmer für spontane Wanderslust zur Verfügung.
Der Saunabereich ist modern angelegt (ich habe nur einen kurzen Blick hinein geworfen).

“Das Hotel war überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Unglaublich das man es überhaupt Buchen konnte für 140€ die Nacht. Anfahrt durch einen Wald über Schotterpisten. Dabei noch das Auto beschädigt. ”
“The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.”
"I have always chosen the Maritim Hotel because I appreciate its atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time, I had a disappointing experience during check-in.
I booked a room with two separate beds through Hotel.com and received a confirmation for it. However, upon checking in at the reception, the manager on duty was extremely impatient and treated us unfavorably.
When I arrived at our room, I found that we had been assigned a king-size bed instead, which did not match my booking. I then returned to the reception and requested either a room with separate beds or at least an additional mattress. Unfortunately, my request was rudely denied by the manager.
Later, we spoke with a housekeeping staff member who informed us that the bed could easily be separated into two single beds. The staff member was very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. This made it even more difficult for me to understand why a manager at such a prestigious hotel like the Maritim treated us so uncooperatively.
I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that such experiences do not happen in the future.
