“Top 10 des hôtels que j'ai fréquenté, la gentillesse de tout le personnel et leur courage (nous y étions pendant la tempête) L'hôtel est magnifique, d'un propreté exemplaire et on y mange plutôt bien pour une grande structure. Concert tous les soirs, c'est un véritable all inclusive. La seule chose qui m'a choqué, c'est le gaspillage de nourriture mais la, c'est à la direction de faire quelque chose. Merci pour cette belle et agréable semaine. ”

“Snyggt, modernt, stort hotell. Stort plus till vattenlandet. Minus att man inte kunde boka in sig på restaurangerna som fanns på hotellet utan bara kunde äta på buffén. Alla restauranger var fullbokade. Kallt i poolerna den här tiden på året (april). Annars trivdes vi bra. ”

“Lovely hotel, clean with great facilities. Staff were oolite friendly and attentive. Lively pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Nice beach right in front of the hotel. The only slight niggle was that there were very limited sunbeds on the beach that were occupied very early so we never managed to get a day on the beach, it was however so close to the pool area it was only a short walk from the pool sunbeds to swimming in the sea. “Overall excellent facilities and staff. My only observation is that the reception area was very chaotic with a lot of kids running around which can be a little overwhelming. It might be an idea to relocate the pods which seemed to be their main attraction. Other than that I would definitely recommend. ”

“This was our first experience at a spa resort, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The staff was fantastic—exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish! The spa was wonderful, with skilled professionals delivering outstanding massages and skin treatments. We enjoyed it so much that we booked eight treatments during our stay. “We had a great autumn holiday week here. Food was good, pool area nice, drinks good. The room was good, quiet, comfortable bed, but comparing with other 4* or 5* hotels it was not on that level: there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which I expect to get in this level hotel. Pillows were not comfortable at all, made out necks hurt. Service varied based on person: lobby bar had a wonderful gentleman serving us, and a couple of waitresses in the restaurant were smiling and friendly - where……
