“I love being a guest at the encore. They are welcoming the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is spacious with tables and chairs and games and fireplace, coffee & ice waters. You can sit and play cards with friends and enjoy the evening. Inside or out actually. The rooms are amazing. The beds are so comfortable. Everything is so clean and tons of little special nuances - welcoming you to your room.”

“One of the nicest places we've stayed at while in Amish Country. My daughter loved playing the piano in the lobby. Staff was super nice. With places closing so early in Amish towns, having an indoor pool and hot tub was a huge bonus and gave a genuine place to relax of the evenings. That area could use a bit of an upgrade. Pool needed painting, etc. but still super nice.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub on the deck was the perfect thing to help us relax and enjoy my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was gorgeous. The hot tub was in good working order. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to do a little repair work on the deck and on the screens. We will definitely be back just for that room and for that deck. The hotel is also in very close walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great weekend in Wooster!”
