“We found cockroaches in the kitchen, used drug paraphernalia , and the shower water sprays from the ceiling. There is no kitchen table to sit on, there are no pots and pans or kitchen equipment to cook, and the cabinets are so dirty they stuck together. The shower heads pop off when the water is on and there's water damage all over the bathrooms. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we got there and the outsode trash was over flowing. There was ZERO response from the host to any……

“The home is very nice and updated inside with a large open concept living and gathering area that was great for celebrating our father’s 92nd birthday with all the family! We made good use of the kitchen and dining rooms, and had fun in the pool and game room, there is lot’s to do! The hot tub is a bit small for a group but got nice and hot when our responsive host turned it on remotely. We will definitely try using this home again next year for birthday 93!”

“This is a great property with plenty of space and a beautiful kitchen and nice bathrooms! The pool and hot tub are also wonderful. There were some issues with necessary items not being provided when we arrived (sponges, ice trays, paper towels, etc.), but the host was very responsive and brought us what we asked for. The host controls the heated pool and hot tub from his phone, and was very responsive whenever I messaged him to turn them on or change the temperature! You can park in the garage,……

“This property was PERFECT for our needs. We came in day b4 our son graduated from UTD & had a great time with our family of 4 (but plenty of room for more!) & hubby cooked hamburgers on the grill for our graduate & his friend's. They hung out in garage played ping pong, darts, corn hole & soaked up time together b4 parting ways to all their unique adult path's. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Close to everything!”
