“This is the first I rented a basement apartment with the owners upstairs. The apartment was as presented in photos, I didn’t like hearing people walk around upstairs. But that’s me. The neighborhood was very nice, close to restaurants and any number of activities. The only thing missing was the “how to” book. Every question I had I had to contact the owners. A book would have answered most if not all the questions. ”

“This was our first time using VRBO. The kids oohed and ahhhed as they discovered all the fun decor and unique items used to decorate the apartment. The green and gold accents made it feel very upscale and yet it was if every need had been anticipated. The apartment was spotless and super clean. The proximity to the convention center was ideal and made it so the kids could take breaks easily whenever they wanted. I appreciated having two bathrooms since there were 5 of us and it was very easy to……

“The check in process was easy. I chose this place bc it had off street parking (no additional cost). The interior was clean and tidy but still comfortable like a home, not sterile like some hotels can be. The neighborhood was also so cute, it reminded me of a movie or something. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds total and the couch. Used the TV; Max and Netflix were available. Really enjoyed my stay, I’d stay here again.”

“Everything went well with my stay. There were no issues with the room or the staff. There were a few inconveniences. Parking was frustrating. There is nowhere to park without having to pay via app. And you have to do so every 24 hours. Not too big of an issue. The location was the main issue. On several instances when leaving the building I was asked for money by a few of the "locals" that linger around the building and in the general area. I was kept up in the evening by these same "locals" who……

“Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required.”
