“We stayed at this property for my husband's graduation from SUNY Canton. Canton is an easy 20-30 minute ride. The house is extremely clean and well-kept. The outside needed a little cleaning up, but we figured since it's May, there probably hasn't been a spring clean-up done. We were still able to sit outside and barbeque, and it did not have any effect on our good time. “Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed.
