“My husband and I stayed in McMinnville, arriving on a very cold evening. I wondered if the home could be warm enough because it is wonderfully spacious. We were toasty and comfortable all night. Well appointed, PERFECT for a family get away or a friends' weekend. It is a home from the early 20th century, but has been tastefully and wisely updated. “This was a gathering of grandparents, parents, two young grandchildren, and a little dog. The house accommodated all of us. Location was great for walking downtown, and checking out various holiday events. A positive experience for all involved.”

Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. ”
