“My family of 9 was very comfortable in this house. The kitchen was well-equipped, and you can tell the host pays a lot of attention to details. The location is also great. It’s just a short walk to the town square with plenty of restaurants and local shopping. We hope to come back for another stay. ”

“This was an excellent place for the 3 families that we had staying here. I was concerned the living areas would be too small based on the pictures online but the living room, dining room, and kitchen were all very spacious. This location is definitely off the beaten path and secluded, but you can get to Walmart in Carthage in just 15 minutes. We really enjoyed some great sunsets and afternoon storms over the field and the evening lightning bugs and deer were a hit with the kids. Make sure you……

“Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean.”

“Neat location in the country with super outdoor pool, hot tub, large golf cart, gaming basement room, on property fishing pond, and large array of TVs in rooms. Property owner, Bill, is super nice and most accommodating. The ability to feed the stabled horses is daily highlight for the kids. Check-in easy and kitchen used every day. Many, many places to see within one hour drive from property.”

“We loved the Tennessee Yellowstone property. It was hidden amongst farms in Hickman, TN. It was quiet and had all the amenities you could want. We walked the acreage with the cows, and enjoyed trying to fish in the big pond (not too many fish there). Enjoyed the mornings on the porch swing. We will definitely book this farm again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house.”

“The property is more than beautiful and such a peaceful setting. The best thing we enjoyed was how stocked the home was. Plenty of linens, more than enough towels and wash clothes, toiletries, and paper towels! The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed. We brought much more than we needed to because of the usual “stocked” home is good for the first few days.”
