Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Centered between Ride Royal Blue and Tackett Creek there will be no need to trailer your ATV anywhere. Large parking lot for trucks and trailers. Gas and ice sold just down the road. New Denver mattress doctors choice mattresses!! No crappy beds here!!!All ya need is you and some groceries!! If you don’t ride ATV’s no worries. We are only 1.5 hour north of Gatlinburgh/Pigeon Forge. 45 min to Knoxville. 1/2 hour to the Norris Dam boat ramp.

Second time back

Second time booking here, like the location for riding sxs, driveway is easy to get in and out of with trucks and trailers. House is awesome and has everything needed for the stay. Group is starting to like it more, believe we might make it the usual.

Great location and house

This house is in a great location for trail riding. Trails in every direction. It was the perfect place for 5 of us to stay with everything we needed to cook our own meals including grills!

Friends and family trip

We always enjoy our time in Tennessee on the trails. Stinking creek rd is the best location to all the trails. This time we brought a large group so your place was perfect. We really liked the large porches in front and back for cooking out and just visiting. The place was spacious and very clean! Thank you for being so great to work with. We will definitely be back!
