“The room was clean and equipped. The bathroom is a bit small, but the water pressure in the shower was good. The staff members were friendly and helpful.”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“I had a great stay at Rideau Inn. Its location is super convenient, with great dining options within 5-10 mins walking. The room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Lucie is a wonderful caretaker. Definitely recommend!”
