“Nice quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings. the yard is big with a garden of vegetables growing as well as raspberries and strawberries. Our room was nice and big just what we needed!”

“This was the perfect B&B for a getaway in Wakefield. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, utensils, glasses, etc. The bed and futon were very comfortable and even the kids slept well. Obviously there is a bit of noise since this is a B&B in a century old house but ear plugs work very well for light sleepers! The B&B in located right in the heart of Wakefield and is walking distance……

“This is rooming house accommodation. While the property was clean, I misunderstood the listing. I thought it was a kitchenette suite. Bathrooms are shared; kitchen is shared. Sleeping rooms are very small. It was quiet, the other guests were very respectful, and the manager was responsive and thoughtful. The name is a bit misleading, as there is not much heritage left in the old house. The location is convenient to the O-train at uOttawa, and buses; it is in a nice old neighbourhood full of……

“it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....”

“The place, which was a Holiday Inn converted to student housing but used as a hotel in summer, is convenient to many major sites. The room and property in general were plain but clean. The TV and fridge worked fine. The breakfast was ample and I am really appreciative of the fresh fruit. The only issue we had was the keycard not always working, and the fact that the downtown in general had a large homeless and/or drug addicted population: The hotel was secure.”
