“We had a great experience at the hotel. The pool and the lifeguards were amazing, having early free breakfast was extremely helpful with a child, and generally, the hotel fuel was very good and local.”

“Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. “We took my parents (86 and 88) for a three night stay and loved it. The house is clean, the owners provide lots of information, and access to the dock is easy (important for my dad who loves to fish but has mobility issues). But the pool was the most amazing part.
