“My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! Kendall was very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!”

“Loved everything about our stay at this villa. The decor was very nicely done. The bathroom and shower had everything you needed. I had my hairdryer but in case I didn’t, there was one there for guests to use. I had beach towels and a cooler bag but for those that didn’t, they were provided by the hosts for guests for use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas - these hosts supplied it all. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out - with the most beautiful view of the……

“Our 1st time to Hilton Head and not our last! There was 5 in our family with 3 kids(21,16,16). It was cozy. Our girl is 5’3 and slender and could accommodate the bunk well, her twin brother(taller, and more stockier, fit and didn’t complain because that was his own fault. He could’ve slept with his older brother in the pullout sofa, if he was uncomfortable. However, the brothers didn’t wanna share a bed. That would be the only thing to know if you were traveling with adult kiddos. Their house……

“We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have umbrellas and a wagon to help bring your stuff to the beach as well as a well-appointed kitchen which saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed it!”
