“Great night's rest! The beds were very comfortable. I loved the added touches of having extra disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Washing machine and dryer we're great to have inside. Living room and dining area were both very spacious and the kitchen had everything! 5 of us slept great! ”

“I was worried when i read the bed was a pullout bed but it was not bad! Such a cute place and feels so cozy. Soo glad we had a parking spot and that the host was so kind, I would recommend if you’re going to broadway to part in the courthouse parking garage, by far the cheapest parking around!”

“Location of the house it perfect! We could walk to little stores, restaurants and my favorite doughnut shop: Five Daughters. Angie was amazing with check in and communication. House is old and has some quirks.”

“Everything about this stay was perfect! The location is great, walkable to a number of restaurants and bars in The Nations. The house was just as described, it was even larger than we expected. So much character with creaky wood floors and historic doors and molding. So clean! The owner was super responsive and made check in and check out a breeze! ”

“There was a lot of space for everyone. We had 7 guests. Very clean and quiet. I would recommend this to anyone!”

“The cottage was really cute, stocked with just about everything you could need. We stayed 3 nights. Not walking distance to broadway for old folks like us but that’s ok. The only things the cottage needs is an outdoor bbq but we brought our own just in case… perfect weekend, thank you.”

“All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.”

“My trip was a last minute decision. When I reached out to owner, Sundae was very responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed. The house was was clean and had the space we needed. I would stay again. ”
