“This house was perfect for our group of four. We took advantage of the kitchen, washer/dryer and spacious backyard. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. East Nashville is where it's at for the best restaurants and fun night time spots. ”

“We spent 5 days in Nashville for a week of baseball. Great location to downtown for some fun. Very clean apartment and lots of security in the building.The area has a large homeless population and they would camp out in the parking garage which is uncomfortable for a group of women. Our car alarm went off very early one more from someone checking for open car doors. ”

“Our family are avid VRBO travelers. The difficulty it was to get on the wifi or a single one of our TV apps (Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc.) should have not taken the time or lengths it did to make it right. We constantly had to restart the wifi router, spend a lot of time we didn't have trying to get the televisions to work and any suggestions provided by property management did not work. I just don't think after a long day of travel, 6 children to care for and other contributing factors……

“This was a perfect place for our family weekend. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed for the weekend-ample space, comfortable beds, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Owners have thought of everything! We brought games and cards from home and were pleased to see a closet full of the same! The location was close to great restaurants, grocery, etc. I will definitely save this one for the next time! ”
