As a travel expert, this is the first time I have encountered such meticulous and thoughtful service. “Stayed here with my wife, 2 year old daughter, and mother-in-law for a few days. It's a nice little place about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Took us about 35 minutes to drive to Folly Beach. Check in and out was very clear, and the host messaged us ahead of time to let us know we can reach out anytime with any concerns. The only downside was the neighborhood itself was kind of ghetto. But, you're on vacation and probably going to be out and about most the time anyway. We had no problems,……

“Adorable cottage with everything you could need! Plenty of room for the 4 of us staying 3 nights. I loved having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. It allowed us to do our laundry before moving on to the next leg of our trip. The location is perfect and the communication with Allison was very prompt. “ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”
