This was the perfect place - close to everything we needed, easy to get downtown & to West Ashley since the house is minutes away from Main Rd & the connector! House is kid friendly, we had our 2 and 4 year old with us. Neighborhood felt safe! We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!”

“The property managers were great and got us checked in early when requested. The check in process was quick and easy. The property was pretty clean except the shower rod and curtain were kinda gross and rusted - definitely should’ve been changed a long time ago, and appliances like fridge and stove seemed older. The neighborhood didn’t seem like it was in the best area but overall good deal for the property. ”

“This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was meticulously well thought out was just gorgeous and perfect. An absolute 5 star establishment. “Visiting for Easter weekend and the unit was close to restaurants, bars, Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, nice furnishings and adequately stocked. My only issue was that the description of the place did not mention that this was an apartment shared with other units not a single house. The building was older so the walls were thin and you could hear other dogs barking, but everyone respected quit hours. For the most part, we felt safe in the neighborhood and……

“Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay. The property is extremely well maintained, has an expansive kitchen that is equipped with every appliance and piece of cookware that you could think of, and is in a very quiet neighborhood within a mile or so of grocery shopping and restaurants.Everything in the premises has been renovated and is up-to-date.Since it rained almost everyday, we were not able to try out the sheltered outdoor area at the back of the house…..which looked very comfortable……

“Overall it was a nice, clean place. I've stayed in many VRBO properties and you can tell this property is "rental".The front porch is nice and we used it but it was dirty. It could have been swept and dusted off. It would have been nice to have had some bottled water on hand for guests after a long day of travel before we could hit the grocery store. There was a leak in a bathroom and front door battery died so we couldn't lock the door. The owner did reply quickly which was appreciated.”

“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”
