“The property managers were great and got us checked in early when requested. The check in process was quick and easy. The property was pretty clean except the shower rod and curtain were kinda gross and rusted - definitely should’ve been changed a long time ago, and appliances like fridge and stove seemed older. The neighborhood didn’t seem like it was in the best area but overall good deal for the property. ”

“This place was great. It was very clean and very well stocked. Perfect for a couple. The location is perfect, can get to Charleston in about 15 mins and Folly beach in 10. Me and my girlfriend were able to go and explore and see so much but not have to drive a lot and that’s nice. The garden in the backyard is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of hard work into it. “Visiting for Easter weekend and the unit was close to restaurants, bars, Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, nice furnishings and adequately stocked. My only issue was that the description of the place did not mention that this was an apartment shared with other units not a single house. The building was older so the walls were thin and you could hear other dogs barking, but everyone respected quit hours. For the most part, we felt safe in the neighborhood and……
