“Beautiful condo with amazing views of sunset. Having the restaurant and marina there with music playing each night was an added bonus . We sat on our balcony listening to the band and eating our dinner. What else could you ask for? Beach access and cute diners right down the road along with golf course and shops . Perfection ! ”

“Our two week stay was relaxing and positive overall. Vacasa was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The property was clean except for some dog hair remaining under the furniture and on the screened porch. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well-stocked. It was evident of some updates and the unit looked freshly painted. The island is limited in dining options and that was not expected. Also not expected was the behavior on the golf course. Loud music was allowed and poor……

“Renting with Vacasa was easy overall. They communicated throughout our stay, however parking pass was emailed well after we were on the road. The condo seems well loved by the owners. The decorations are dated but the condo was “clean”. I say that because the condo had such a strong musty/cigarette odor we cut our trip short. If you have any smell sensitivity or asthma, not the condo for you. Patio on condo has great lagoon view. Easy bike rides to beach, hotel, and parks. ”

“This is our first time staying at Seabrook Island, and we couldn't be happier! The beach, pool, and clubhouse are all within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. Sheri was quick to respond to my texts. Will definitely be staying again.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay so much! Beachfront access with a 2 and 4 year old was hard to beat! We had plenty of room with a pack N play and toddler air mattress. We loved everything about our first trip to Seabrook and can’t wait to come back next year! ”

“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“Beautifully decorated - bohemian chic and beachy. Beware amenities for purchase are through Wyndam at 80 a day. Easy to get to and perfect location next to the golf course.”
