“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“Beautifully decorated - bohemian chic and beachy. Beware amenities for purchase are through Wyndam at 80 a day. Easy to get to and perfect location next to the golf course.”

“The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. ”

“Host was great at communicating and was very flexible with us when we needed to change our reservation, seems like a very kind person and easy to work with when planning our trip. Location is absolutely perfect either for spending time in downtown Charleston for sightseeing or for proximity to Folly Beach, and price for that location cannot be beat. Plenty of AC, clean towels, and wifi. Unit was not super clean (floors, bathroom especially) and missing some basics, like extra toilet paper (there……

“The location is perfect for Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The house was immaculate! Well stocked. Was easy in easy out! Great communications with our host! Neighborhood is nice. Well kept, parking is for 2 cars, with street parking availability. I would highly recommend this property!”
