“Very well appointed and spacious unit in a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood.”

“Such a great stay for my birthday weekend! Only issue is that the bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’d like them to be. There was hair stuck on the shower drain and hair on the bathroom floor in the master bedroom. ”

“Everything was super clean and extremely well decorated. This was our final stop for our third leg of our trip to Florida to Boston and will definitely stop on the way back. Plenty of space for our boat. Great location - near 95. There are a handful of great waterfront restaurants that you can walk to as well.”

“Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!”

“The house was neat and clean. plenty of room for us to enjoy being with each other. we played cards, shot pool,watched movies. The beach was close enough you could stay on on the side streets to get there. wish i would have checked the jelly fish reportbefore going though. the swimming pool and hot tub were too cold to play in just that time of year. maybe june or july would be betterthis is no reflection on the house”

“Loved the house and it was great location. Wanted to let you know that the master bath shower leaked water under the door of the shower on the floor. Wondered if you found a navy soft cooler? We had one on the back porch and it was missing. It was there and then after someone came to fix the heat on the pool/spa, it was missing. Thank you.”

“We had such a great time. Grand babies loved the pool. House was equipped with everything we needed. Shopping was close to house within walking distance. Family also enjoyed the beach a little cooler than we liked but it was ”

“The house is very spacious. We loved the large table that was perfect for accommodating all 10 of us for games and eating. We loved the open lay out we did not feel crowded at all. The room with the large table had doors so when the women were laughing and playing games the guys could shut the door to watch the Super Bowl. The only thing minor things missing would be a few potholders and coffee cups. We would definitely recommend the house, great communication with the manager and if we were……
