“Everything about this place is done with excellence. The furniture is comfortable and thoughtful. The beds are so comfortable. The bedding and towels are all cotton, fresh and abundant. The back porch furniture you can spend hours on and the jacuzzi is well maintained and very large. The fishing pier is wonderful, and we got up early most mornings just to watch the breathtaking sunrise. The management, Covenant Properties, were very communicative. “You have access to a private beach (which is not nearly as busy as the park area). It’s a great spot and easy walk to beach! The. You can jump in the pool and cool down after:). The house was really clean. I would recommend renting a golfcart as we accessed most of the island on it! Really fun- we will be back! Oh and dog friendly!!”

“Everything was excellent, except for a very annoying issue that prevented us from having the peaceful vacation we were after. the only thing was there was.a party across from the property backyard that was rented to a bunch of grad students. The deck on the property is directly above this property fenceline and treeline. They partied for 3 straight nights before finally getting shut down by the parents. If I were property managers in this area I would be careful not to rent to people in this……

It’s close to the beach and restaurants along with lots of fun places to explore.
