“The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

“My experience was overall very good. However, the first room I was sent to was not cleaned & appeared to be still occupied, all though no one was in it at the time. I went back to the desk and was assigned to a different room that was completely clean and ready for occupancy. All the staff were exceptional. And, the transportation to and from the airport was easy and seamless.”
