“I'll start by saying that the rating I've given for this booking is based on the lack of level of service and professionalism provided by the owner, Mr Solih and his manager and son Mr Hamdhaan. The property itself, the room and location were all as expected for the price. My dissatisfaction and that of another guest from Dubai was that the above mentioned treated you as a 'cash cow'. 1. “What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. “在Hotels.com上訂房，到入住當天早上也有透過Hotels.com平台訊息溝通抵達時間，結果晚上10點多到飯店checkin，櫃檯人員說找不到有訂房紀錄，等了近半小時，換了3個工作人員說找到訂房紀錄了，但是房間還沒有整理好，怕我們會等太久，第一晚要換其他其他房間給我們，說好聽是升等海景房一晚，結果一進房發現是3人房，我們原本2晚都是4人房，隔天還要一早打包行李換房間，第二天下午看到原本預定的山景4人房空間比海景3人房大多了，而且前一晚就算升等海景房，那麼晚入住又一早退房，根本也沒有享受到風景，深深感覺服務很差”
