“Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. Handheld shower head quality was quite poor and water doesn't come out evenly. Before you use outdoor shower, suggest to turn on the water and run it for at least 1 full minute, because I nearly had brown colour water pouring over me, which was absolutely disgusting. “So my checkin in beach hotel guraidhoo was at 12 pm i already pre confirmed the travel from airport to guraidhoo by boat and i gave them my flight details as well . But when i arrived at the airport they told me i have to wait till 4 pm where as i arrived at 12:30 pm . I suffered a lot for hotel and it was a hectic journey as the boat stopped for 30 min at male. My booking was through hotel but no one informed me about the schedule . Later on i had to pay 70$ for the boat ride ane 80$ for Not……

“Unprofessional staffs, unpleasant experience 1. I was here with my wife to celebrate her birthday. I told the staff on her birthday, 24th, when we finish our dinner at beach, would like our bed made with flowers and the cake be prepared along. However the bed was made at 23th, and the cake was delivered at midnight of 23th while we were asleep. Huge bang on the door which scared us. The surprise tuned into scary. 2. We were having 12USD/person dinner buffet. Surprisingly the food plants……
