“We rented the the king suite and found the size of the room to be smaller than expected (and smaller than what looks online). It was just the size of any regular room. The breakfast was average (tasteless eggs, sausage were good but on the second day they ran out). The worse thing was that lot of people that were not staying in the hotel were at the pool. The pool deck was overcrowded, lots of people and kids throwing balls. We talked to several kids that they told us they were not guests, they……

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”
