“My wife and I were celebrating 31 years of marriage. The cabin was very nice and very thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you might need. We brought our Labrador with us. There was lots of space for him to run. The view was outstanding. It was very private and relaxing. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend the cabin to friends Joe & Laure”

“This was the perfect home in the most beautiful area to celebrate Christmas and New Years with our kids and grandkids !!! ”

“We were in VA to celebrate our daughter's white coat ceremony at VMCVM. Most of our time was spent in Blacksburg, but we did explore Craytor Lake State Park and had dinner in Radford.This house was perfect for us. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The area is beautiful and quiet. The property is very pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog). She enjoyed walking along the road and got to see cows up close and personal for the first time. The listing is accurate……

“Special property… have stayed in others but this is tops”

“My friend and I had a wonderful few days at the Lovers' Nest. Although we journeyed to Fairystone State Park and Rocky Knob, we could have been statified just spending the entire time at the house. Highlights included watching the turkeys wander through the field, watch the stars from the hottub, and talking for hours on the swing chairs. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of space but if you are traveling with more people it might be tight inside. Thankful we had beautiful weather to……

“Unable to get a hotel room so this was the only alternative. The RV was listed as big enough to sleep 4. Three would have been possible but 4 a stretch and there’s no way 4 people could have taken a hot shower. I got a lukewarm one day one (only in for several minutes) and my son’s was ice cold. Also the place was clean but smelled of stale beer. Also the AC ran constantly even though thermostat was set at 75 degrees. Place was frigid.”
