Because of Tropical Storm Chantal, motor boats and crafts weren't allowed on the water, which made it so, so quiet! We loved canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking on still, calm waters, with no worry of boats and boat noises. A very fun, relaxing week in a beautiful, roomy house! ”

The locals are friendly, several wonderful restaurants, dont miss the Golden Leaf and Blue Moon. Casino close by but slots are tight and drink service is almost non existence.”
