“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable. Also, there is no AC. “We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. “Loved my time at Casa Coral! Such a positive and relaxed place. The beach is right there, and the people running it are so welcoming. The sunrise and rooftop terrace are awesome. We stayed in a private room with shared bathrooms and it was a different but fine experience.
