“Overall a great place to stay. In the woods and nice and quiet. We stayed in the off season so it may not be so quiet during peak time. To make the place excellent I think a few extra finishes would have been nice. A couple of tide pods and some shampoo and conditioner. I few coffee k cups. I have stayed a tons of vrbos and these are staple items we brought our own wood. Overall a nice place. I know that they tell you ahead of time to bring these items but for the price per night I think they……

“This is a beautiful home that sits on top of a high hill in the Texas Hill Country. The indoor space is comfortable and generous. The casita on the other side of the pool is wonderful for helping a group spread out. It is the outdoor space that puts this property over the top. The pool, the lounging deck, the full bar, the sitting area around an outdoor fireplace--all of it is terrific. The agency is easy to work with as well. Highly recommend!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. The next day morning the host sent a handyman to fix the issues and replace toilet paper. One thing that surprised us, is that we needed……
