“From the moment you open the door this place was a dream. Beautiful view, the sound of waves, clean and including anything you would need. The owner was responsive and kind. The rental was close to everything we wanted…El Yunque rainforest is 15 minutes away, 40 minutes to old San Juan, and beautiful beaches and amazing food EVERYWHERE in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. ”

“The place is right near the beach you can walk there, There is a grocery store, gas station, bank and restaurants near by. Place is clean it has a pool, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bed sheets for your use. Nice balcony, people are friendly and is quiet . The transaction with the owner was easy with all the instructions for getting in at the gate. I rented this place 3 times and it was great . ”

“We loved our stay in this apartment. It was bright, clean and comfortable with a constant breeze. The view was fabulous!! This apartment is at the end of the building with a corner balcony facing the most beautiful long natural stretch of beach that we’d ever seen. There is also a great view from the bedroom. The town has suffered from the hurricanes, but we found some good restaurants - La Parilla (the best in Los Kioscos), Ernestina’s, and Sama, and most nights we brought food home to enjoy……

“The apartment and area we were in were fantastic. You can walk to Luquillo Beach for some exercise, or drive there and arrive in less than 5 minutes. There is plenty of food in the area for you to choose from and a grocery store across the street.With that being said, we went to Amigo’s (grocery store) and purchased items to make breakfast daily. The best feature of this apartment is the fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to cook is there. I would definitely book this exact apartment the……

“The stay with Hector was amazing! The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed, the beach chairs and boogie board were awesome and the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The views were outstanding a rainforest on one side and ocean on the other! Will definitely return in the future! ”

“I can’t say enough about this beautiful property! My husband and I went for a short getaway and were looking to stay in a location that was close to it all- we were not disappointed. The property is literally on the beach, close to a local hotspot for food and water activities, and a short 15 min drive to hiking in the rainforest. If being busy isn’t your thing, say no more.
