“Had a wonderful stay! Many separate bedrooms and you cannot beat the view of the beach and access to it. Awesome pool and hot tub. Tons of walkable food destinations. Close to El Yunque waterfalls. 30-ish mins from San Juan. I hosted a group of 6 friends here and we had an absolute blast. This place is awesome!”

“Everything about this place was great from beginning to end. Communication with the management was on point from day one. We felt at home and comfortable. My family and I loved the pool. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance they were there to assist asap! Check in and check out was easy with no issues. We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“The place was very very dirty . Hair in the shower , hair on the pillow cases . When brought to the host attention he said he did clean. We arrived late due to the flight and the host still did not have the place ready he had us wait outside . I booked the house well in advance and check in is at 4 we didn’t get there till 7:30. The ceiling was leaking water from the light and when brought to the attention of the host he simply ignored the problem . The stove and tv did not work and the air is……

“Liers. The photo does not match the hut where they put me, no running water inside, no bathroom but a latrin in open air. It rained and water enter the hut, that on top of that smelled like cats and hair. They should be banned for false advertising”

“Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. Loved the little patio area, was great to dry off our beach towels and bathing suits. Enjoyed listening to the coquis outside while I washed the dishes in the sink outside at……

“STAY HERE!!! You won’t regret it. We only stayed one night and wish we had done more. 2 nights minimum! Wish I had gotten a massage too. The property owner was so kind :) ”

“The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. ”
