“Location: Awesome! Right on the beach. Note: don’t expect to swim. Water is way too choppy. View is stunning! Lots of area businesses within walking distance. Locals are so nice! Close to Luquillo Beach, awesome beach & authentic restaurants.Condo: secure gated community is a plus. Security employees so helpful & nice. Note: garage is under west building & condo is East building. It’s a walk back and forth from parking spot to condo. Security outweighs walk. One elevator wasn’t working. Long……

“We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. “This is a budget property, so be prepared and set your expectations low. The building is old and in desperate need of renovation. The condo has some updates in the kitchen and bath, but not enough to cover up 50 years of grime. They need a full renovation. The shower door doesn't close completely, and the shower will not hold a temperature. Be prepared to go from hot to cold and back again throughout your shower. The management is very stingy with supplies, although you can purchase……

“This place will not disappoint. Jacqueline is amazing extremely kind and helpful. Location, view, amenities, secure, parking, convenience, ect! Everything’s exactly what you need for a short or long vacay. I would recommend. PLEASE don’t second guess.”
