“I really enjoyed my time at this hotel in Luquillo. The place is beautiful and extremely clean — they do a great job keeping everything spotless. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. The staff, although few, were very attentive and welcoming. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. It would be nice if they provided coffee in the rooms since they already include a coffee pot and cups. Also, the continental breakfast could use a bit of an……

“The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip.”

“Beautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. ”

“La propiedad es cómoda y muy bonita y limpia. El área es segura y tienes de todo muy cerca. la pasamos bien mientras estuvimos allí. El GPS no te lleva directo al lugar, así que mi consejo para los que se vayan a quedar es que una vez estén cerca del sitio, miren en el GPS las calles alrededor y pregunten. Así fue que llegamos nosotros sin problema. ”

“靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。”

“Calizo is so beautiful! It felt safe as most didnt know, or would drive by the locked entrance lol. The pool/jacuzzi area is gorgeous, especially at night. The courtyard was always clean and the vibrant colors just make it pop. Definitely a cute spot for a couples and families. The host answered text messages so quickly and was super nice. Make sure to answer the initial text right away, to avoid confusion. The staff we encountered were very nice as well and welcoming. And the restaurant……
