“I loved the staff, the room, and entire hotel. It is in a good location. It is tastefully decorated and spacious. The parking is a little expensive, but it is expensive everywhere. The staff was PHENOMENAL!! I needed to print something for a school assignment, and their business center printer was not available. The front desk printed everything for me. It was so nice of them! “Great location if you have someone to visit in St. Joe's hospital which was my case. Midtown is a nice safe area for walking and exploring. Hotel is okay especially their daily breakfast spread, but like all Hampton's just the basics and nothing fancy. Negatives during my three night stay: thin walls so fairly noisy room, pool spa drained for repairs, really no housekeeping - the one time they came in my room they just left some fresh towels on the bathroom counter, only emptied one of two trash……

“The unit itself was extremely basic, not in the best repair, but the price was right, all we needed was a room for the night. We came a bit after midnight, The sign said they don't check anyone in after 11:00 PM but we managed to reach staff by phone and she very graciously allowed us in. The staff were all great. The room isn't much, but at that price and for only one night we were perfectly satisfied.”
