“The three bedroom, two bath house has all you need for a small group or family, including a heated pool and proximity to Tubac. While the prooperty is certainly not new, it is well kept up and very comfortable. You will enjoy the interior Mexican decor. The owner, Raquel, is easy to reach by phone and very responsive should you have requests. A very good value. March of 2025 has been our third annual stay at this property and we will definitely be back again next year. Highly recommended.”

“Great location. Close to Patagonia lake, Patagonia, wineries, various birding sites. The house has 360 degree views of mountains and desert. Can see into Nogales(12 miles away). The last few miles to get to the house are slow going as the road is really rough but it is worth it. Few neighbors, solitude and wildlife. Saw over 30 species of birds on the property(in a week), deer, Antelope Jackrabbits, coyotes, and cattle. ”

“We are two couples who spent a lot of time birding in the area. Property was located near pool/hot tub area. The pictures accurately reflect the townhouse. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Location is close to walking trail. Bicycles were available at the townhouse. Check in process very simple. We were able to check in earlier than listed.
