“Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. “This home is lovely, and the layout and decor were great for my family. We loved the plants in the yard, the outdoor seating, and the balcony. It has a small fire pit if you bring a fire log.
