“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keweenaw Waterway Cabins! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The cabin was neat, clean, and well-stocked with essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable.The amenities were fantastic—our group especially loved the hot tub, sauna, and game room, all of which were top-notch. “My family traveled to Houghton for our son's graduation from MTU and to pack his things to move him home. The cabin was perfect for our stay. It was a short distance from our son, yet secluded and scenic. It was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“My family and I stayed at this beautiful lake front house for a week. We explored the area, visiting various lighthouses, took the Quincy mine tour, visited the Jam Pot, drove up to Copper Harbor for the day, took the ski lift to the top by Lac La Belle lake. We enjoyed the abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls. At night we sat outside under blankets and watched for northern lights and enjoyed the clear skies, stars and the view of the Milky Way. “Outstanding accommodations in every way! The entire process of renting, staying, and departing from this property could not have gone better. The property description was spot-on, and the place is amazing and comfortable for 5 adults. We will definitely be back, as this was the best location to enjoy all the UP has to offer on snowmobiles and allowed us easy access to both Houghton and Hancock during the trip. ”

“Was a great place to stay for a snowmobile tirp with my wife. Place is literally on the trail. Hot tub was a huge plus. If traveling with other couples you could rent multiple units and all be together but have privacy too!”

“We had a great stay! Amazing mornings & sunsets on the dock & lake view. Close to Houghton for campus tour/visiting Tech. Beautiful day trip to Copper Harbor. Taking the kayaks out was easy & fun. Great bird watching & rock hunting nearby. Clean & Cozy. Recommend & will stay again!”

“Stayed here for my son’s graduation. Normally stay at the Hampton Inn but it was booked as were all hotels in the area. Found this on VRBO.Happily surprised upon arriving at the property. Very clean and roomy cabin. Had all the comforts of home you would need..from charge cords in each bedroom, to Kleenex in each bathroom, liquid hand soap at every sink, good TP and detergent and dish soap. “The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference.
