“We had a great long weekend staying in Erie. The house was in a convenient location and a nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 4. The beds were comfortable. Furnishings were simple but priced right. Great value. ”

“We stayed for a week in June. The view CANNOT be beat, simply amazing. The extra land was great for the kids to run around and have fun. There was a snack basket and some little games left for us which was very thoughtful. We were allowed to host family who were vacationing nearby with no issues. I did have a few issues, one was that it took two days before the nauseating smell of cleaner went away. It was so strong!! Air conditioning is not central, there was one large unit downstairs which was……

“House was nicely located close to everything in town and the water. We had a little issue getting the door to open but Deb and Rick were quick to help and get it sorted out. The house is plenty big for a family of 8 comfortably, the layout upstairs is a little odd but is spacious. ”

We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Big enough for us to all have our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room to be together. The host was easy to get in touch with and very nice to answer all our questions. “Owner was quick, responsive, and friendly with correspondence and questions prior to and during our stay. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as we were new to the area. The inside of the rental was tidy and modern, nicely decorated with basic provisions provided. We were comfortable.The location is in an older neighborhood that could benefit from continued investment/revitalization.”
