“We had a great time at this location on Chautauqua Lake. Plenty of room, great size kitchen, eating area, and family room for all to gather. Everything was updated and very well kept. Also, very convenient to be able to dock our boat right at the property for easy lake access. Plenty of parking. Overall, an excellent time. Thank you ”

“The perfect cottage getaway! Spent most our time outside, the front porch has a great view of the lake. The side has a great fire pit for a group. The dock across the street has easy access to swim. The home itself was quaint and clean. The hosts were great and very helpful! Would definitely stay again! ”

“What a great house/yard! Really appreciated having a sizable fenced-in yard to make us and our 2 poodles feel right at home with Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as the deck with table/chairs. Just perfect for playing fetch and to lounge/entertain a few guests. Inside the home was also so comfortable and well furnished and equipped. The house has just about anything you need. And the neighborhood is very walkable with an ice cream stand, local park with tennis/pickleball and basketball……
