“I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. The entire place smelled like the combination of a filthy college dorm room and a musty locker room. It was rather disgusting. I booked the room to……

“Overall, my kids and I enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend it if you want a small, quiet, quaint cabin to stay in. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Lots of wildlife to enjoy! The drive in was a little bumpy with lots of pot holes. Just go slow and pay attention. The only thing I would recommend is getting a more comfortable couch which reclines. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Above the Clouds chalet. If someone is looking for a place with peaceful surroundings where the only sound you hear is that of birds and the wind, look no further.
