“Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience! ”

“This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. ”

“I prepaid through expedia. Have receipt. Hotel asked for csrd. Charged me full amount again. Says they do not show expedia payment so now i have to waste time to make sure im not double charged. Additionally expedia was $10 more expensive than if i booked witb hotel through IHG app or when i arrived. Dont trust expedia for best deal or to make prepaid hotel reservation. Amazing selling using app for deals and its not a deal. And im in town for sons college graduation and i have to waste time……

“Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.”
