“An overnight stay with two friends as we were in Kent to attend an event. Check-in was easy; the front desk person was friendly and informative and helped us with parking and more. Our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very easy to find the right settings. Loved Pearl the Squirrel statue in the lobby. Parking in the garage across the street was a breeze. Walkable to the KSU campus. Restaurants for dinner and……

“Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I got to my room, I found there was a problem with the TV. I called the front desk and the clerk came to my room immediately to try and resolve the problem. She found that she’d have to submit a work order for the next day, so she quickly assigned me a new room. ”
