“The front desk lady was AMAZING!! She made my 2 littles (3&6) feel welcome. Our room was ok, it was clean. There was nothing to use for the kitchenette(no cups, plates, or silverware) breakfast was not for children it was a grab and go style (granola bars and muffins) the location was great. We checked out on Memorial day ran into a sweet Independence community parade. The Zoo was about 8 minutes away it was perfect. ”

“I liked the balcony but I didn't like the fact that no breakfast was offered. The hotel was clean however the employees could of been friendlier, they didn't really make me feel welcome to be there.”
