“This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!”

“There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet.
Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in.
Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open.
The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……

“Espectacular!!!
Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como.
Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús.
Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades.
Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera.
Me hubiera gustado pasar más días ahí, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y cuando regrese al Lago me hospedaré de nuevo con……

“The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious.
Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to……
