“I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it. This B&B only has a small number of rooms to begin with and I liked only one room on the ground level, so i reserved it over a month ago. I was greeting pleasantly, the place was clean, no bad smells, and the breakfast was good. The themed room I was given……

“I’ve never stayed at a B&B but this one is beautiful, it’s clean and nice and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on. ”

“We had an anniversary celebration and this was conveniently right around the block from so walking distance was very nice. The place was cute with a little old mixed with a little new. Loved the bathroom. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another time! ”

“The inn was so unique and had such amazing history. Frank was the sweetest and so nice about us coming in later. When we came he showed us around and told us all about Smithville’s history and some of the artifacts there. Can’t wait to come again! ”

“This stay has been amazing! Bed is super comfy (and I’ve had back surgery) took all the back pain away! Host is friendly and accommodating. Beach house was very clean. The stay has been awesome ! ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed month my stay with Peggy. She was attentive, kind, and warm welcoming. I had the whole upstairs to myself for the month which was plenty for me and my pet cat. Even had my own spot in the driveway. First time in Missouri and I felt so welcomed I want to come back. Quiet home for bedtime hours which I LOVED. Blue springs is a beautiful town with a variety of things to do within a few miles from biking, shopping, or dining. 10/10 I’d book again with Peggy. Thank you Peggy for……
